Bianchetto New Zealand is a truffle company rooted in Wanganui, where our truffles are cultivated, harvested and prepared entirely on home ground.
Truffles cannot be rushed. Each one forms slowly beneath the earth in partnership with the trees above it, and is hunted by hand at the peak of its aroma. The result is a delicacy of remarkable depth — earthy, garlicky and unmistakably luxurious.
